The SR600s features the Ash material in SR standard line. This new model SR670s features its stunning black and silver finish of Ash top on Okoume body, and a new bridge “Accu-cast B500 bridge”. The Ash top brings a superior tonal clarity and sound attack, while the Okoume body delivers a warm and fat low end. The great feature of the new bridge is its adjustable saddles for string spacing. It surly answers to the bassist’s detailed demands and helps finding out the best string spacing form many playstyles. By loosing screws, the saddles can be adjusted +/-1.5mm. Also, It affords precise intonation and delivers string-to-body vibration conductively. The thin, sturdy, and stable Jatoba/Walnut neck offers superior playability when combined with the extended neck joint, making the upper frets easily accessible. The neck end adjustment allows you to adjust the neck easily without loosening the strings. The Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ and 3-way midfrequency switch allow for precise tonal control (250 Hz, 450 Hz, and 700 Hz). The Bartolini® BH2 pickups, the dual-coil style configuration with lower resonant frequency, provides the balancing warm response, with tighter bottom end and a fuller midrange. SR continues to satisfy the vast needs of bass players and excite them with its smooth and fast neck, lightweight body, and perfectly matched electronics.
