Waterloo Guitars is an Austin, Texas-based stringed instrument manufacturer. Founded by the master luthier Bill Collings and developed through Collings Guitars, these guitars were inspired by a time where there was a genuine need for a soulful tone that could be coaxed from simple instruments. The blues, country, and folk music played on these instruments was made in heartfelt response to the hard times of the depression era.
