Lowden WL-25 Rosewood Cedar

The Wee Lowden was designed by George at the request of Gary Lightbody as a gift for Ed Sheeran. It is designed to be compact with a 610 mm scale length, and a soundbox that is 40 mm narrower and 5 mm shallower then the S model. However, the internal bracing and the choice of woods are such that the bass response is increased as much as possible to avoid the 'boxy' sound that most small guitars have. The Wee Lowden is currently available as standard in two configurations; the Wee Lowden 25 and the Wee Lowden 35.
