The Eastman AR380CE-HB John Pisano Archtop is a classically figured jazz box designed by the renowned guitarist, John Pisano. Here with a Flame Maple Laminate body and African Mahogany neck, it has a gorgeous honeyburst finish and a Madagascar Rosewood fingerboard. Loaded with a pair of gold-covered Kent Armstrong humbuckers, it has the tone you'd expect from a classically styled archtop - very natural and earthy, warm and open - while looking phenomenal.
It has a 24 3/4" scale length and 1 3/4" nut width, and its body is the standard 16" long and 2 3/4" deep. The Florentine cutaway allows for easy access to its upper 20 frets, and John Pisano's signature is inlaid on the 19th fret. With nice appointments like five-ply figured Maple binding to its body, Maple and black binding on the headstock, black binding on the neck, and an Ebony pickguard, the Eastman AR380CE-HB John Pisano is the complete package - an affordable, high-end archtop that sounds great both plugged in and unplugged. Includes hardshell case and full setup from our luthiers.
