Based on the Timmy overdrive circuit this pedal falls into the transparent category. A fantastic way to boost your tone, add a great overdrive or use it in tandem with a dirty amplifier or stack with another drive pedal. A great scenario is to use it on low gain with a TubeScreamer for example or bump the gain up and use on it’s own. This can add some pleasing and subtle harmonic overtones to your sound.

The Clip switch offers three versatile clipping styles to suit any playing scenario. Each setting will exhibit a different level of headroom. Adjust the Volume control to suit each setting.

• Middle (Default) - Open and bold – huge headroom, great for always-on use or slamming the front of your amp.
• Left - Compressed and saturated – thicker drive, ideal for fat chords.
• Right - In-between – a balanced option blending clarity with grit.

Active bass and treble controls give a lot of tonal flexibility.

Each pedal is hand-wired, hand-painted, and locally made, built on the legendary Timmy overdrive circuit for transparent drive. It’s the perfect choice whether you want to enhance your natural sound, add smooth overdrive, push your amp harder, or stack with other pedals for complex textures.

Controls

1. Volume – Overall output level to balance with or boost your amp.

2. Gain – From subtle grit to rich overdrive

3. Bass – Active EQ; noon is flat, left cuts, right boosts

4. Treble – Active EQ; noon is flat, left cuts, right boosts

5. Clip Switch – Three clipping modes: Open (deafault), Compressed, or In-between
