The Collings D2H is a premium dreadnought acoustic guitar that redefines what this classic body shape can deliver. Known for its exceptional clarity and balance, the D2H combines the deep, powerful bass response of a traditional dreadnought with a level of articulation and precision that sets Collings apart.

Built with a select Sitka spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides, it produces a rich, dynamic tone with strong projection—ideal for vocal accompaniment, flatpicking, and ensemble playing. Pre-war scalloped bracing enhances responsiveness and resonance, while the high gloss nitrocellulose finish allows the guitar to breathe and mature over time.

The mahogany neck features a comfortable Modified V profile, paired with an ebony fingerboard and a unique 14"–26" compound radius for a refined playing experience. Premium appointments such as Waverly tuners, ivoroid binding, herringbone trim, and a tortoise-style pickguard complete the classic aesthetic.
