Built with a select Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides, it produces a warm, woody tone with excellent midrange presence and clarity. The relatively shallow body depth enhances comfort while maintaining strong projection and tonal balance across all registers.

The mahogany neck features a Modified V profile for a traditional feel, paired with an ebony fingerboard and a 14"–26" compound radius for smooth playability across the entire neck. Pre-war scalloped bracing and a high gloss nitrocellulose finish ensure maximum resonance and long-term tonal development.

Finished with premium appointments including Waverly tuners, tortoise-style binding, and a deluxe hardshell case, the OM1 is a refined instrument built for serious players.
