The IK Multimedia TONEX Capture is an all-in-one tone capture, reamplification, and recording interface designed to help you accurately capture the sound of your amplifiers and pedals. Purpose-built for use with TONEX Machine Modeling software, it allows you to create authentic Tone Models of your favourite gear with exceptional precision, whether capturing direct signals or miked cabinet tones.

Featuring dedicated attenuation controls for both the signal going to your amplifier and the return signal coming back to your audio interface, TONEX Capture ensures optimal signal levels throughout the entire capture process. Capture your amplifier directly without microphones or load boxes, or combine direct and miked cabinet captures for maximum flexibility. Thanks to TONEX's advanced AI Machine Modeling technology, you can even remove the captured cabinet sound afterwards to audition different virtual cabinets and microphones.

Beyond tone modelling, TONEX Capture is also an invaluable reamplification tool, making it easy to send recorded tracks back through your favourite amplifiers or pedals. Passive circuitry on the amp return preserves your amplifier's load and tone, while galvanic isolation and a ground lift eliminate unwanted hum and noise.
