The Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s brings back the classic early-’60s Les Paul formula—built for players who want authentic looks, feel, and tone with the kind of authority that’s defined generations of rock, blues, and beyond. It features a non-weight-relieved mahogany body for warmth and punch, topped with an AA figured maple cap for extra bite, clarity, and sustain.

Playability is pure 60s-inspired Gibson: a fast SlimTaper™ mahogany neck, a bound rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, 12" radius, and classic acrylic trapezoid inlays. Hardware stays true to the recipe with an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, while a Graph Tech nut and Grover Rotomatics help keep tuning solid.

Electronics are classic and powerful: a pair of 60s Burstbucker™ pickups (Alnico 5), hand-wired to 2 volume / 2 tone controls using Orange Drop® capacitors, and a 3-way toggle for everything from vintage-style bite to thick, singing sustain. A hardshell case and Gibson accessory kit are included.
