The Matchless Laurel Canyon 20W Combo delivers boutique tube tone in a more compact and portable cabinet, purpose-built for musicians on the move. After extensive testing of different cabinet sizes, Matchless found the perfect balance between portability and the ability to fully showcase the Laurel Canyon’s tonal range.

Powered by 2 x 6V6 power tubes, a 5AR4 rectifier, and driven by 3 x 12AX7 preamp tubes, the Laurel Canyon produces an incredibly robust and dynamic voice. From clean, punchy rhythm tones to sizzling lead sounds, this versatile rock amp delivers impressive power and clarity in a streamlined format.

Loaded with a UK-made Celestion G12H-75 Creamback (8 Ohm), it offers tight lows, focused mids, and articulate highs. The standard ¼” send and return non-buffered effects loop is ideal for time-based effects such as delay, reverb, and modulation, while gain and boost pedals are best placed in front of the amp.

Meticulously handcrafted to military-like specifications — from the rugged steel chassis to the heavy Baltic birch cabinet — the Laurel Canyon is built using only premium materials for maximum durability and performance.
