The Ome Southern Cross 5-String Resonator Banjo is a premium, American-crafted bluegrass banjo built for players who demand richness, power, and refined craftsmanship. Available in Mahogany, Walnut, or Curly Maple, the Southern Cross delivers a bold, projecting tone powered by the OME Megatone Flathead tone ring and a 3-ply maple rim—an iconic pairing known for clarity, punch, and depth.

Its 22-fret neck features a 26.25″ scale, a comfortable 1.28″ nut width, and a smooth rosewood fingerboard with ornate Abalone and Mother-of-Pearl Oracle inlays. A two-way adjustable truss rod, ebony peghead, and hardened nickel-silver frets ensure stability and longevity. Capo spikes at the 7th and 9th frets, OME planetary tuners with amber knobs, and a polished lacquer finish complete the premium feel.

The resonator is meticulously fitted using a one-piece prewar flange and paired with adjustable brass rim rods for ideal structural balance.
