This example is equipped with a powerful EMG 81 bridge pickup paired with a Sustainiac neck pickup, providing everything from tight, aggressive high-gain tones to virtually endless controlled sustain and harmonic effects.

A Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo provides excellent tuning stability for expressive pitch work, while the fast-playing neck and 24-fret layout make the Damien Platinum particularly well suited to modern rock and metal.
