Silica Sound Heavy Wall Slides deliver excellent tone and sustain on both electric and acoustic guitars. The extra wall thickness adds satisfying weight for a more solid feel, stronger contact on the strings, and a smooth, confident slide response.

Each slide features a tapered interior at the tip for a snug fit and improved stability on the finger. That taper also concentrates mass where it helps most, adding to sustain and control—especially for pinky use or higher riding fits on other fingers.

#418 - Smallest

Perfect for a pinky fit (ring size ~7). Small size, but thick walls give it satisfying weight.

#423 - Shorty

Great for small/medium hands—ideal for pinky slides or higher riding on other fingers. Similar to #419 but with added heft. Same sizing as #424, but shorter.

#424 - Regular

One of the best sellers for small/medium hands. Commonly used on the ring finger, but can work as a longer pinky slide. Similar to #420 but heavier. Same sizing as #423, but longer.

#425 - Shorty, Large

The largest and heaviest shorty slide. Ideal for medium/large hands, especially as a higher riding ring finger slide. Can also work as a pinky slide for larger hands.

Tip: For smaller hands, it can sometimes be used “upside down” with the taper near the base of the pinky. If you plan to use it this way, choose a slide with less taper.

#426 - Regular, Large

Large standard-size heavy wall slide for medium/large hands, typically as a ring finger slide. Same sizing as #425 but in a regular length.
