Taylor
Taylor 854ce, 12 String Next Generation w/Case
The Taylor 854ce 12-String from Taylor’s Next Generation series delivers shimmering octave richness combined with the clarity, balance and playability the Grand Auditorium body shape is known for.
Built with a Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides, the 854ce produces a complex and refined acoustic voice with sparkling highs, warm lows and lush overtone resonance. The versatile Grand Auditorium body offers excellent balance across all strings, making it equally suited to strumming, fingerstyle and studio work.
Taylor’s V-Class bracing enhances volume, sustain and intonation, helping every note across the 12-string configuration ring clearly and in tune. The slim, comfortable neck profile ensures smooth playability, while the Action Control Neck system allows for easy string height adjustments over time.
For stage and recording use, the guitar features Taylor’s Claria acoustic pickup system, with soundhole-mounted controls and a convenient mid-contour adjustment for shaping your amplified tone.
Visually, the 854ce is beautifully detailed with a rosewood armrest, maple binding, green abalone rosette, and mother-of-pearl Element inlays, all finished in a full-body gloss that highlights the natural beauty of the tonewoods.
