The V4 The Kraken is a fully featured, ultra-compact guitar amp that weighs only 1.7 kg (3.75 lbs) yet delivers the full force of Kraken tone. It pairs a four-valve preamp with a 180-watt Class D power section, complete with two channels, reverb, effects loop, balanced outputs, and built-in Two notes cab simulation.

Three-Band EQ

• Bass, Middle, and Treble controls to shape your tone.

• EQ also interacts with the gain stages, just like a traditional valve amp.

Reverb

• Lush digital reverb, from subtle ambience to huge, washy textures.

• Footswitchable using a TRS cable (sold separately).

Two notes Technology

• Embedded Two notes Torpedo DynIR Virtual Cabinet simulation.

• Six presets created by Victory and Rabea Massaad.

• Ten Victory virtual cabinets included, with deeper editing via Torpedo Remote.

• Access power amp modes, rooms, EQ, and enhancer functions via software.

Series Effects Loop

• Place time-based effects between preamp and power amp for maximum clarity.

Balanced Line Out & Headphone Output

• Direct feed for recording, PA, or silent practice.

• Works with or without a speaker connected.

9V DC Power Output

• Centre-negative 9V DC output (max 500 mA) to power pedals directly from the amp.

VRC – Valve Response Circuit

• Mimics the “resonance” or “thump” of a valve power section.

• Adds authentic valve amp feel even at compact size and high power.

Valves & Heritage

• Preamp valves: 3 × CV4014 (NOS Mullard, 1981) + 1 × EC900 (made under license by Philips/Mullard).

• Stored in climate-controlled conditions for decades before being used in V4 amps.

• EC900 valves built to such high standards they come with a 2-year valve warranty.
