Akai W1 Variwah Multi Wah Pedal - Used

With the Variwah, Akai puts you in control of the most full-featured wah pedal that ever existed. Six knobs govern the Variwah (counting the actual foot pedal) and five of them can be set for expression control via the rotary switch. In any mode other than “Pedal Wah,” the Variwah acts as an LFO driven wah modulator.

These knobs include Width and Speed (of the LFO sweep), Offset, Touch Sens[itivity] and Attack Time. Of all these, the footpedal can be set to control all except Attack Time. Ever wanted to play a filter pedal where you could control the sensitivity with expression? Pretty wild, huh?

Because the footswitch isn’t under the footpedal, the Variwah slays at cocked wah tones. Just set it how you like and press the switch. And the sweet on this pedal is huge. HUGE. It might be the wah with the widest sweep available.
