Like all Eastman guitars, the E10 D was made from the best, carefully selected tone woods. The solid top is made out of Adirondack spruce, a popular tone wood that is used on many acoustic guitars. Spruce is known and loved for its bright and clear tonality. Both the back and the sides of the body are made from solid mahogany, a tone wood with an earthy and focused sound quality. The neck is made from mahogany as well, and there are 20 frets on the ebony fingerboard. The fretboard has a comfortable 12″ (304,8 mm) radius and the scale length of the Eastman E10D is 25,4 inch (645 mm).
