The Eastman PG1 is a 17″ archtop guitar with a spectacular asymmetrical body shape. It was designed in Switzerland by master luthiers Claudio and Claudia Pagelli and hand crafted in the Eastman workshop. The PG1 has a lovely vintage tone, with plenty of volume.
For the construction of the Eastman PG1, only the finest, carefully selected tone woods were used. The solid top of this Pagelli Signature Archtop is made from AAA-grade spruce and it was hand carved. The PG1 has back and sides made from hand carved maple, and the neck is maple as well.
There are two F-holes in the top, with a modern shape that perfectly complements the asymmetrical body.
The Eastman PG1 has a floating Kent Armstrong HJGS6-BK pickup in the neck position, and the rotary controls for volume and tone are discreetly mounted under the maple pickguard.
