The ThorpyFX Heavy Water MKII is a dual-channel boost pedal that combines pristine clean boost with rich germanium-flavoured grit in a compact, pedalboard-friendly enclosure. Originally inspired by the acclaimed boost circuit from the ThorpyFX DANE, Heavy Water MKII expands on the concept by adding a second, more aggressive boost channel, giving players an exceptionally versatile gain-stacking tool.

The right side delivers the same high-headroom clean boost found in the DANE, adding volume, clarity, and punch while preserving your guitar's natural character. On the left, the circuit has been voiced for increased output and a grittier response, with germanium diodes introducing rich harmonic saturation and edge. Each channel can be used independently or stacked together to drive valve amplifiers from subtle enhancement through to powerful overdrive.
