Inspired by the classic Urei® 1176® studio compressor, the Cali76 Stacked Edition allows players to sculpt their compression with unprecedented flexibility. Each stage features independent controls, enabling everything from subtle studio-style dynamic control to massive sustain, punch, and clean boost. The result is a compressor that can dramatically transform the feel and response of your guitar.

At the heart of the pedal is the THRU control, which determines how strongly the signal from the first compression stage drives the second stage. By carefully adjusting this control, you can tame peaks, enhance sustain, or create thick, touch-sensitive compression that responds beautifully to your playing dynamics.

Both compressor stages feature independent Attack and Release controls, allowing you to combine two distinct compression characteristics. For example, one stage can enhance sustain and body while the other sharpens pick attack or controls transient peaks. Push both stages harder and the pedal delivers a unique clean overdrive-style sustain, ideal for expressive lead tones.

The DRY control enables true parallel compression, blending your unaffected signal with the compressed tone to retain clarity and natural dynamics while benefiting from heavy compression.

Visual feedback is provided by dual LED gain reduction indicators, making it easy to see how each compressor stage is responding to your signal.
