  • RETAIL EXPERIENCE
    Ideally in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment
  • ONLINE ORDERS
    Sourcing, packing & booking orders correctly is an essential skill
  • POS & eCOMMERCE SOFTWARE
    We use Lightspeed & Shopify.

You Will Need

  • Knowledge of guitars, musical instruments, and accessories
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Strong organisational skills and are able to liaise with suppliers to follow up customer enquiries 
  • A passion for music and helping others find the perfect instrument
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent)
Day to day

What You'll Do:

  • Process and ship online orders, providing phone support.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting guitars, accessories, and other gear.
  • Process sales and returns using Lightspeed and Shopify.
  • Maintain an organized & welcoming store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure an outstanding in-store experience by going above & beyond for customers.
  • Share your passion for music and instruments to create lasting customer relationships.
