Crafted from all-mahogany (sapele) with a natural satin finish, the GT offers rich sustain, warm overtones, and exceptional projection. The flush maple frets provide smooth slide playability, while open-geared Grover Stay-Tite tuners ensure precise, stable tuning. Designed for authentic Weissenborn-style performance, it’s ideal for open tunings such as D (DADF#AD) and G (DGDGBD), with a total string tension of no more than 165 lbs.
